Absolutely. A lot of my clients come to me having never set foot in a gym or having tried and given up multiple times. Every program is built around your current level, not where I think you should be. We start at step one and build from there.

A local PT shows up for an hour twice a week and then you're on your own. With online coaching you get a fully personalised plan you actually understand, daily messaging access for any question that comes up, and weekly check-ins to keep adjusting things as you progress.

The other big difference is nutrition. Most PTs only handle the training side, which leaves you guessing about the part that actually drives most of your results. With SMV Fitness you get macro targets, flexible meal planning, and ongoing nutrition coaching as part of the same plan, so training and food work together instead of against each other.

You also avoid the random programming most PTs reach for, since I build everything around your goals, schedule, equipment, and history, not whatever they had planned for their next client too.

Yes, and honestly that's most of the people I coach. Parents, shift workers, FIFO, business owners, people with two jobs. Your plan gets built around your actual life, not an idealised version of it. If you can give me 3 sessions a week, I'll build a plan for 3 sessions a week. If your week is unpredictable, we build flexibility into the structure.

No. Before we start I'll ask what you have access to, whether that's a full commercial gym, a home gym, just a set of dumbbells, or nothing at all, and your program will be built around that. You don't need to buy anything new to get started.

Honest answer: you'll feel better in 1-2 weeks (energy, sleep, mood), see physical changes within 4-6 weeks if you're consistent, and have a noticeably different body within 12-16 weeks. Anyone promising you faster than that is selling you something that won't last.

The clients who get the best results aren't the ones who try the hardest for 3 weeks. They're the ones who stay consistent for 3 months.

That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. We spend 20 minutes making sure we're aligned on goals, expectations, and approach before either of us commits to anything. If it's not the right fit, no hard feelings. I'll often point people toward another coach or resource that suits them better.

Three things, all tracked in the app: completing your weekly check-in (5 minutes), hitting your training sessions (3-5 a week depending on your program), and logging your food consistently against your macro targets. We agree on these at your discovery call and review them at every weekly check-in, so there are no surprises at week 16.

Honestly, it's a low bar. The clients who do these three things lose the weight. The ones who don't, don't. That's why the guarantee exists.
