No. Before we start I'll ask what you have access to, whether that's a full commercial gym, a home gym, just a set of dumbbells, or nothing at all, and your program will be built around that. You don't need to buy anything new to get started.
Honest answer: you'll feel better in 1-2 weeks (energy, sleep, mood), see physical changes within 4-6 weeks if you're consistent, and have a noticeably different body within 12-16 weeks. Anyone promising you faster than that is selling you something that won't last.
The clients who get the best results aren't the ones who try the hardest for 3 weeks. They're the ones who stay consistent for 3 months.
That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. We spend 20 minutes making sure we're aligned on goals, expectations, and approach before either of us commits to anything. If it's not the right fit, no hard feelings. I'll often point people toward another coach or resource that suits them better.
Three things, all tracked in the app: completing your weekly check-in (5 minutes), hitting your training sessions (3-5 a week depending on your program), and logging your food consistently against your macro targets. We agree on these at your discovery call and review them at every weekly check-in, so there are no surprises at week 16.
